Original sales receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 72 hours of the original purchase date.

Merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in its original manufacturer’s packaging, with all accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging materials intact.

All Powder and Primer sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for Powder and Primers under any circumstances. All products containing liquids cannot be returned if opened.

All sales are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Merchandise found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and warranty procedures. The Reloading Store may assist customers in contacting the manufacturer when appropriate.

The Reloading Store management reserves the right to inspect all merchandise before approving any return or exchange. Items that do not meet the above requirements may be refused.
